Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

Response Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the user who posted the material of the removal
- Provide the user with the opportunity to file a counter-notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Truck Cover Forum has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
